Shipping Policy
Customer Service
Thank you for ordering through Mrstaste.com, your order is important to us. Our Customer Service department is happy to help with any questions or issues relating to your order or shipping. Please email us at denis@mrstaste.com during standard business hours 9am-5pm Eastern Time M-F, a representative will be in touch with you as soon as possible. All calls are answered in the order in which they are received.
Shipping Locations
Our shipping carrier is USPS or UPS . We only ship to locations within the United States, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. For international shoppers, please contact the authorized distributor for your country to see where in your area Mrs Taste products are sold.
Back Orders
In the event a product you’ve order is not longer in-stock to ship you will receive an email and partial credit refund for the out of stock item. We cannot hold pre-authorizations for an extended period of time, any out of stock items will be cancelled off the order.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Merchandise
Mrs Taste makes every effort to safely secure and ship your order, however, despite best efforts and on rare occassions, merchandise can still be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, please call customer service to issue a report.
Mrs Taste is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
Refund Policy
Return Policy
Mrs Taste may accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from Mrs Taste through the website under the following conditions:
- The merchandise must be received by Mrs Taste within 15 days of your purchase, no returns will be accepted after this time period.
- You must provide your Purchase Order number as received when your order was placed through the Site, and specify your reason for return.
- Dietary supplements and other consumable product returns are only accepted if it was purchased through Mrstaste.com. Please be sure to provide reason for return along with proof of payment. Return is subject to be rejected pending return policy items are not met.
- If you need to make a return, please call us during normal business hours (9-5 Eastern Time M-F). You will be asked to provide your Purchase Order number. Once we determine that your merchandise is eligible for return you will be issued you will be given instructions on how to complete the process.

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased within the last 15 days.
The product is unopened, in its original packaging.
All reimbursements will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 billing cycles for the reimbursement credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Promotional Items
All sales are FINAL on any promotional items or add-ons sold on the Site and Mrs Taste will not accept any returns of promotional items.

Delivery Delays
Orders are typically shipped within 48-72 business hours M-F. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information to your email address provided at the time of order. If an email receipt is not received, contact Consumer Service email us at support@mrstaste.com Please allow up to 7 to 12 business days for delivery.
